The Semi-automatic Capsule Filling Machine has independent empty capsule feeding station, powder feeding station and capsule closing station. The medium process needs to be processed by hand. The machine adopts variable speed control, the operation is very easy and simple, and the powder material feed correctly. FEATURES

5. The cgmp semi automatic capsule filling machine sowing, filling and locking three working stations are set independently. It adopts electronic mechanical integration control, pneumatic joint control and variable frequency stepless speed regulation device, which facilitates the organic connection of all working procedure and improves filling speed.
6. Equip with Siemens PLC device, touch screen operation, it is convenient for usage, while prolonging the service life.
7. By controlling the loading speed and the rotary speed of the capsule plate, the filling dose is accurate and the error can be kept within 3%. Automatic filling, effective prevention of drug pollution, meet the requirements of GMP.
