APPLICATION
The 208D-D is a new type capsule machine good stable of high-speed semi-automatic capsule filling machine independently developed by our company. The speed can reach 40,000 capsules per hour.
The Capsule-Filling Machine is a new type of medicine filling machine with novel structure and attractive appearance.
Under both electrical and pneumatic control and equipped with and automatic electronic counter and computer-controlled speed-adjusting device, the machine can accomplish the positioning, separation and locking etc. of capsules.
The machine consists of capsule-feeding, U-turning and separating mechanism, material medicine-filling mechanism,locking device, electronic speed varying and adjusting mechanism, electrical and pneumatic control system protection device as well as accessories such as vacuum pump and air pump.
The overall machine is made of good quality stainless steel, and the machine is suitable for capsules which filled with powder and pellet.
FEATURES
1. This type of semi automatic capsule filling machine is equipped with capsule sowing protection device and emergency stop device to ensure the safety of the operator.
2. The full automatic structure is adopted to improve the efficiency of equipment and the friction caused by the artificial sowing process.
3. The mold chamfering position is accurate, ensure the sowing capsule is not lock of grain.
4. The position of the lock pocket is put in a flat way, which is locked by using the cylinder starting principle, which greatly reduces labor intensity, saves manpower resources, and reduces the leakage of the powder in the process of locking, improving the utilization efficiency and quality of the raw materials.
5. The capsule filling machine sowing, filling and locking three working stations are set independently. It adopts electronic mechanical integration control, pneumatic joint control and variable frequency stepless speed regulation device, which facilitates the organic connection of all working procedure and improves filling speed.
6. Equip with Siemens PLC device, touch screen operation, it is convenient for usage, while prolonging the service life.
7. By controlling the loading speed and the rotary speed of the capsule plate, the filling dose is accurate and the error can be kept within 3%. Automatic filling, effective prevention of drug pollution, meet the requirements of GMP.
8. Equipped with vacuum pump, low noise and no pollution.
9. New type double loading system, which increased the capsule loading speed. The Mold changing time less than 5 minutes.
10. The new type machine mold is made by good quality stainless steel which meet GMP standard.
