DDP-260C is newly developed by our company, driven by a servo motor, with better accuracy, more stable operation, and more convenient and quick adjustment. Tablet capsule blister packing machinery can pack tablets, milk tablets and other tablets, as well as large-sized materials such as capsules, candies, electronic cigarettes, disposable syringes and special-shaped objects, candies, big honey pills, injections, and vials.
This series of capsule pill blister packing packaging machine is an aluminum-plastic/paper-plastic, aluminum-aluminum multi-purpose model, with fully automatic forming, feeding, sealing and servo traction functions. It meets GMP production requirements. It is a medium-sized model for pharmaceuticals, health products, chemicals, electronics, and food. Ideal product for mass production.

FEATURES

1.Adopt new type of servo motor roller pressing shaft traction  the traction accuracy is 0 error, the speed is fast, and the packaging material does not retreat when stopped.
2. The forming, heat-sealing, indentation and cutting station cam adopts cast steel integrally formed floor-standing box body seat, which will never deform, the center of gravity of equipment operation is stable, and the adjustment of each station is light and accurate.
3. The scrubber blister packing machine adopts a large platform design. The power transmission and cam box are all built-in under the body, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance after use.
4. PVC and PTP fragments stop and automatic alarm function, which reduces waste and greatly improves the efficiency of raw material utilization.
5. Mould modular design, pull-out card slot quick-connect installation, easy and fast to change the mould, the whole set of moulds can be installed in 10 minutes.
6. The forming, heat-sealing and cutting stations are fixed by the cam box mandrel, with a unified horizontal positioning reference and adjustment scale, which is convenient for customers to adjust the alignment.
7. Blister packing machine for tablet capsule has all the data programmed, PLC control, frequency conversion speed control, Siemens touch screen operation, higher accuracy, better integration, and simpler operation.
8. It is equipped with blanking dislocation, photoelectric detection and automatic shutdown function to protect the mold and product.
9. The PVC feed is detected by photoelectricity and driven by a motor. The feeding amount is accurate, the traction pressure is reduced, and the overall running speed is faster.
10. The heat-sealing station adopts dual-cylinder and dual-axis linkage, with large and balanced pressure, good combination of PVC and aluminum foil, clear lines and no wrinkles.
